Partners

Paul Cenko, CPA

Paul has been a dedicated accounting and tax professional since 1977 when he began his career at Alexander Grant & Company (later becoming Grant Thornton International). He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and subsequently his Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Paul specializes in financial reporting and tax consulting.

Tony Vendittelli, CPA

Tony began his accounting and tax career in 1983 at Alexander Grant & Company (later becoming Grant Thornton International) where he served as a Tax Manager until 1989 when he left to start his own practice. Tony earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Taxation from Walsh College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Tax Division) and the Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He specializes in federal, state and local taxation, international taxation, construction and real estate taxation.

Laura Haynes, CPA

Laura began her accounting and tax career in 1983 at Alexander Grant & Company (later becoming Grant Thornton International). Since then she has been a dedicated accounting and tax professional serving a diverse client base in the areas of financial reporting and tax preparation and consulting. She earned her Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from Walsh College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Andrew Tokarz, CPA

Andrew began his career in public accounting in 1994 after graduating from Walsh College with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree. After a number of years in private industry as CFO of a Tier I automotive design and engineering firm he returned to public accounting in 2002 where he has practiced since, serving the financial reporting and tax needs of privately-held businesses and individuals. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Institute of Public Accountants and the MACPA Fraud Task Force.

Dominick Zack, Jr., CPA

Dominick began his accounting career in 1975 working at local CPA Firms in the Detroit Metropolitan area, until June of 1982 when he started his own practice and continued through July of 2019. Dominick earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management degree from Lawrence Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants and received the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation in 2012. He specializes in individual, trust/estate and small to medium size business accounting, taxation, and consulting services.

Renee Navarre, CPA

Renee is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in tax preparation and tax planning for small to mid-size businesses and high wealth individuals. Prior to joining CVHT, Renee worked for a number of years in both private industry and public accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from Northwood University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

Christine Wiegand, CPA

Christine began her career at Ernst & Young in 2018 in the corporate audit practice. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and subsequently Masters of Science in Accounting at Michigan State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She specializes in audit and assurance, with an emphasis on emerging practices and standards in the field of accounting.

Adrianna Rypina, CPA

Adrianna received her Master of Accounting degree from Oakland University in 2014 and has since been pursuing a career in tax and accounting with focus on federal, state, and local taxation. She is a member of the Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Sue Teeri, CPA

Sue began her accounting career in 2014 at Cenko Vendittelli Haynes and Tokarz and been with the firm since then.  She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics degree from the SungKyunKwan University in Seoul, South Korea, and Master of Business Administration with minor in Accounting from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified public Accountants and the Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Darene Newman, Account Manager

Darene received her Bachelors’ degree in History from Northern Arizona University, an Associate’s degree in accounting from OCC, and a Master’s of Science in Accountancy from Walsh College. She formerly worked for the Dykema Law Firm as a paralegal in the Tax, Estate Planning and Administration Department, The Papa Joes organization as a property manager overseeing four shopping Plazas, GraMedica, a medical device developer for foot and ankle issues as a staff accountant, and since 2016, as an account manager here at CVHT, PLC.

Susan Nosal, Office Manager

Susan is the Office Manager for CHVT, PLC. She brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources and Accounting. Susan oversees the day-to-day administrative functions of CVHT, PLC, assisting in the development and implementation of the firms’ policies and procedures and maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly billing and records management.

Jamie Scavone

Jamie began her career in the manufacturing industry, working in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, eventually moving into a controller position. She came to CVHT, PLC in 2019 to take on the role of bookkeeper for many of for our clients. She is proficient in QuickBooks, with strong knowledge in both the desktop and online versions.

Robert Naglick

Bob began his career at Deloitte, then moved to private industry where he held the position of Controller and CFO. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University and Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College.
